- A DVD promo for this release showcases a different cover to the final cover, presumably a prototype cover.
- The picture of Sam and Norman on the front cover is an edited image, since Norman's winter outfit is different to his actual Season 5 winter outfit and Sam does not actually wear a scarf in the episode.
