Plot[]
It is a snowy day in Pontypandy, so Norman and Mandy build a snowman. Later Norman accidentally cooks his mum's best scarf, setting the Flood's oven on fire.

Goofs[]
- When Station Officer Steele rings the alarm bell it sounds, but in the shot where Fireman Sam and Elvis Cridlington slide down the pole, the alarm bell cannot be seen ringing.
- Like with most other episodes, the Fire Service logo is missing on Sam and Elvis' helmets when they head out of the Fire Station in Jupiter, and remain missing even when they get to the Flood's house. Their helmets can also be seen on the shelf where they normally sit despite being picked up. Sam also has his visor down when he is driving out.
