Trivia[]

  • The PTV1 logo is based on BBC One's former logo (1985-1991).
  • Due to being on the talk show, this is the first episode where Station Officer Steele isn't involved in an emergency.
  • The Welsh title of this episode is "Y Teledu" (The Television).
  • The water that sprays from the broken tap is actually cling film.
  • Despite being produced as part of the first series in 1987 and released on VHS during the first series, this episode (along with Lost Cat) aired on television in England as part of the second series in 1988. It aired between the episodes Safe With Sam and Treasure Hunt.
  • A Cote soft drink tin can be seen on the table next to James in Bella's café, which is obviously based off of a Coca-Cola/Coke tin.
  • The photographs signed by Steele are copies of the one above the teleprinter in his office.
  • Recording date: February 26, 1985 and April 20, 1987.
