Physical home video

From 1990-1991, The English dub of the series was released across two VHS tapes by BBC Video in the United Kingdom.

The episodes Spot of Bother and Lost Ring were featured on the UK compilation DVD and VHS "Action Stations!" released in May 2004.

Later, The entire English dub of the series was released on DVD in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand under the title "A Spot of Bother".

• In English language, this series is the first to have more than eight episodes.
• Some fire station exterior shots are angled differently.
• More vibrant colour textures are used.
• Four episodes from this series were released on VHS before they were broadcast on BBC One in England.
• This series along with Series 4 was never dubbed into Dutch.
