Seeing Red is the eleventh episode of Series 6. It was written by Jan Page and Mellie Buse.
Plot[]
Bronwyn is looking after her sister's energetic dog, Nipper, who causes a bit of havoc. To tire the dog out, Bronwyn and Sarah take him for a long walk along the Pontypandy cliffs. During the walk, Sarah trips on a rock and injures her leg. Bronwyn spots Fireman Sam on the beach below but Sam is too far away to hear her calls for help. Bronwyn attempts to signal to him, but Sam just waves back, unaware it is an emergency signal.
Sarah then remembers a song Elvis sang about red meaning danger. Bronwyn quickly uses a red picnic cloth to wave as a distress signal. This time, Sam understands the signal and the fire service is alerted to rescue the injured Sarah and Bronwyn from the cliffs
