Summary[]

It's time for the Big Pontypandy Talent Show!

The first part, When Sergeant Ravani announces that a special surprise guest star will be coming to the Big Pontypandy Festival to sing with Elvis, Mandy and Sarah think that finding out who it is could be the biggest scoop,

The second part, When Professor Pickles decides to create a historical walking trail, he doesn't realize that his decision to use real props instead of cardboard ones will result in an emergency of big proportions,

The third part, It's the Pontypandy ocean parade and Hannah is determined to beat the other vessels to the finish with the Submaster 2000, but because she decides to bypass several of her dad's safety features, the most unlikely vessel wins,

The fourth part, James has the idea of using the horse and cart to deliver his team's forgotten cherry pop to a tasting competition. But when the pop gets shaken up and starts to pop open, scaring the horse, they are soon on a runaway horse,

The fifth part, Norman practices his magic act for the talent show, but it turns out that his assistant Mandy is better at magic than he is. But when he tries to make her disappear, he accidentally causes a fire

and final part, It's time for the finale of the Pontypandy Festival - the Big Pontypandy Talent Show! But when Elvis knocks a drink over the drone control panel, the drones crash land, causing fires in the fields all around the show area.

  • This special is the last six episodes of Series 16 combined as one special in Australia.
  • Station Officer Steele wears his excercise uniform throughout the special.
  • In the first "episode" Hydrus leaves from the first bay.
  • This is the first time where Elvis drives Hydrus.
  • This special marks the last time that David Carling voiced his characters, including Station Officer Steele, Mike Flood and Tom Thomas, before his death on 10 December 2024. As a result, his characters will be recast by new voice actors in the next series.
  • The first "episode" is the first to show the use of the lift and helipad on the fire station.
  • In the second "episode" it is shown that Trevor's bus can attach to his trailer.
