The Oil Tank Driver is an unnamed man who drives an oil tank lorry and was introduced in Set for Action! as a minor character.
Biography[]
Not much is known about him, but he also drives the truck that is used to bring the fuel for the Pontypandy boats as well as driving his own Oil Truck that caught fire in Set for Action!, which had failed brakes and he needed to be rescued by Sam. He makes a comeback in Great Billboard of Fire as a cameo. He also appears as a minor character once again in Norman Price and the Mystery in the Sky.

- His model is the same as Ben Hooper but with different clothing, different hair, and a beard.
