2.) The Wishing Well[]

Panic! Young Norman Price is stuck down a well and Firefighter Cridlington has lost Station Officer Steele's long service medal - the day before its actual presentation. Can Sam help them both?

Content of Episodes[]

  • The content of Norman's Tricky Day, The Wishing Well, Flat Tyre, The Great Inventor and Snow Business are all taken from their original televised broadcasts with yellow title card logos appearing at the start of all five episodes on this Fireman Sam video release and the Bumper Films ident and S4C copyright stamp are cut out at the end of each episode except for Snow Business, which is the final episode on this Fireman Sam video release.

Trivia[]

  • On the original 1994 release, the BBC Video slide advertising this Fireman Sam video release, Bentley The Robot and Five Other Stories, Treasure Hunt and Five Other Stories and Spot of Bother and Five Other Stories doesn't appear at the start of the video for unknown reasons. So instead, there are 10 seconds of a black screen before the title card for Fireman Sam: Norman's Tricky Day appears.
  • However, later re-releases do contain the BBC Video slide advertising this Fireman Sam video release, Bentley The Robot and Five Other Stories, Treasure Hunt and Five Other Stories and Spot of Bother and Five Other Stories before the title card for Fireman Sam: Norman's Tricky Day appears.
  • The content of Snow Business, used on Fireman Sam: Norman's Tricky Day and Four Other Stories (BBCV 5465), would also be used again on the 1994 BBC Video release of Childrens' BBC Christmas Cracker (BBCV 5399).
