Norman's Ark is the twenty-fourth episode of Series 7. It was written by Dave Ingham.

Plot[]

Norman Price takes a boat to go looking for Woolly and her lamb during the worst high tide Pontypandy has ever seen.

Norman's Ark," the town of Pontypandy is submerged by a massive flood caused by a high tide. As Fireman Sam and Tom Thomas use the helicopter to rescue stranded residents, including the Jones family from the roof of the Whole Fish Café, a concerned Norman Price disregards warnings to stay indoors. Worried about Woolly the sheep and her lamb, Lambykins, Norman sets out in his small boat to rescue them. His attempts are clumsy and reckless, and he eventually finds himself stranded and needing rescue, prompting the fire brigade to search for him. Sam, Penny, and Elvis locate and save Norman from the floodwaters. Finally, Fireman Sam ensures the safety of Woolly and Lambykins, along with another pet named Lion, bringing everyone to the safety of the fire station. The plot, named in a nod to the story of Noah's Ark, serves as both a tale of Norman's misadventures and a lesson on the importance of heeding safety warnings during an emergency.
