The New Series of Fireman Sam, also known as the Modern Series, airs originally from 2003 (2005 in English) onwards, with one series in stop motion and the rest of the other ones in CGI.

Trivia[]
- This series is sometimes titled as "The Modern Series".
- It followed the Classic Series.
- Series 5 is the only one of the new series which was not made using CGI; as per the Classic Series, stop-motion model animation was used instead (albeit with a new, updated design). It is also the only series from the new series not be redubbed for the US.
