Neighbourhood Watchout, retitled Neighborhood Watchout in American releases, is the seventh episode of the fifth series in the English dub and the sixth episode of the fourth series in the Welsh dub.
Plot[]
Mandy, Sarah and James decide to start a junior neighbourhood watch scheme, but get rather carried away. Meanwhile, the lever for Jupiter's Simon Snorkel is jammed during a training exercise and prove inconvenient during a rescue with the jammed lever.

- James refers to his Uncle Sam as Fireman Sam when he suggests to call him.
