Halloween is scarier than normal after Norman leaves his pumpkin lantern unattended.

- This is one of only four episodes where Sam is seen driving Jupiter alone in Series 5 apart from in the intro, the others being Deep Water, Beast of Pontypandy and Norman's Invisible Friend.
- This is the only episode where Norman reads the message from the teleprinter, due to the firefighters forgetting to read it after the alarm goes off.
Goofs[]
- When Jupiter leaves the Fire Station, Penny is seen next to Elvis. However when they get to Dilys' shop, Steele is on the scene.
- Nobody tears off the fax when the alarm goes off.
- Because stock footage is used, only Sam and Elvis are in Jupiter when they leaves the station area.
- When Sarah, James and Bella see the fire, James' voice sounds different.
