Flood's Flood is the eighth episode of the seventh season. It was written by Laura Beaumont and Paul Larson.
Plot[]
Handyman Mike Flood is repairing a leak in the basement of the Wholefish Café, which is owned by Bronwyn. As he works, the door handle breaks, trapping him inside. The small leak quickly worsens into a major flood, and the basement begins to fill with water.
Simultaneously, Station Officer Steele is running a training drill back at the station, where he is acting out a scenario of an old lady trapped in a cupboard. When Bronwyn discovers Mike is in trouble, she raises the alarm, and Fireman Sam and the crew must rush to his aid. Using their real-world training, they must rescue Mike from the rising water before it's too late.
