David "Dave" Ingham (born February 27, 1969) is an award-winning writer and animator who was head writer and an episode writer for Season 6 and Season 7 of Fireman Sam and The Great Fire of Pontypandy. After he had left, he was succeeded by Paul Larson and Laura Beaumont as the new head writers from Series 8 onwards.
He also wrote scripts for "Thomas and Friends", "Tracey Beaker Returns", "Horrid Henry", "Charlie and Lola", "Bob the Builder", "Shaun the Sheep", "Roary the Racing Car", "Kipper the Dog", "The Secret Show" and "The Octunauts". He recently became part of the judging panel for ChildLine's Create and Make competition. He is currently the head writer for Kazoops! and the reboot of Clangers. And he is also known for writing the 2023 Irish film A Greyhound of a Girl.
