• This was the first Fireman Sam DVD/VHS to released by HiT Entertainment.
  • This excludes Superstar Children's Favourites, which was the first compilation on DVD to feature an original series episode of the series.

Goofs

• The cover picture shows a promo picture of Sam from Series 5, but no episode from this season is on this release.
