Veterinarians are doctors, so why isn’t Lizzie referred to as Dr. Sparkes. This bothers me a lot because my dad is a veterinarian
Now i'm thinking about the ships even though I don't ship them
@JoshProductions 07 I agree but i doubt the show would do that. Since Steele been there from day one. I also believe they should cast as Aussie or someone of Australian descent to voice Tom
It was probably to keep the cast small because you know stop motion. But than again we did get the Floods in season 5

For some reason this is my favorite ship. I like it even more than Sam x Penny. Maybe because I like the “what an idiot, wait that’s my idiot” ship dynamic. Also Girlboss x malewife dynamic and I could totally imagine Tom taking on most of the house work in their relationship.
Hannah is turning into Joe and I hate it
Hannah is truly turning into Joe and I hate it
Tia Chapman has Cerebral palsy and is a wheelchair user. I checked out her insta and she’s so beautiful
@JoshProductions 07 we did get Norman thinking Hannah can’t swim due to her disability. For the most part Fireman Sam is realistic about stuff and it’s annoying that they don’t show the negatives of having a disability. Especially with Jodie. I don’t think her disability is ever brought up in the show only in the promo video about her. Like Boyce can make a remake about Jodie and Jodie stops Ellie from making a smart response by saying ‘it’s ok sis it’s not the worst thing someone every said to me’ lets face it the two characters who are gonna be ableist are Boyce and Norman (also Derek)
Posted this to Reddit and Tiktok but im also posting it here
We don't really get to see the negative side of disability too much with Hannah and Jodie. Like the way the show writes both Hannah and Jodie it seems like taking breaks goes against there personalities. Like they both probably deal with chronic pain due to their disabilities. Like show Jodie in the background rubbing the area around her prosthetics since IRL amputees do deal with pain in their residual limb. Like show the negative side of being disabled it doesn't make Hannah or Jodie weak to show the negative side of being disabled. Also yes Hannah probably does think it makes her weak, she's 11
Also the show could use the fact that both Hannah and Jodie are disabled and that's why Hannah looks up to Jodie a lot. Not only is Jodie a marine biologist but she's also disabled like Hannah. That could add another layer to their relationship. Think about from Hannah POV she was the only disabled person in town before Jodie moves to Pontypandy and not only is Jodie a disabled woman she's in the feild Hannah wants to go into. This would be a really powerful message for both kids and adults.
Like I’m not complaining Hannah is really good rep especially now is her VA is also disabled. Like Hannah not knowing her own limits and it leading to her needing to be rescued is a good lesson for everyone especially kids.
And for Jodie, shes a disabled woman of color in a science field. Her character is super underused like her biggest trait is that shes competitive thats it. On the same note all we know about the Phillips sisters relationship is that they are super competitive. No mention of the effects of having a disabled sibling. I know its a kids show but Ellie and Jodie could mention something from their childhood and how Jodie got her attention growing up
@Jenkins92 Hannah is acting her age. She’s a preteen girl of cause she finds her dad embarrassing and she’s impatient. The only way to make her more accurate is to her try to get away with swearing (seriously when I was that age I said pain in the donkey instead of pain in the ass) and just being a smart ass 11 year old
Hannah is the most accurate depiction of an 11 year old
Jodie has a lot of potential to be a unique character. I wish we got to see more of her relationship with Hannah. How both are physically disabled and maybe that's why Hannah looks up to Jodie so much. I want to see more of Jodie being Hannah's mentor like we did in Riptide Rescue. Jodie could help Hannah navigate a world not built for them and how they would have to work extra hard due to being both disabled and women (and in Jodie's case a woman of color as well). Jodie can mentor Hannah in both marine biology and being disabled. It will be so sweet to see how much Jodie sees herself in Hannah although their disabilities are different Jodie can see the same passion for marine biology that she had growing up.
Also, the reason why Jodie moved to Pontypandy is to spend more time with Ellie. I want to see more of the Phillips sisters' dynamic more than them being competitive, those interactions are cute but I want to see more of their dynamic. Like is Jodie protective of Ellie? How did Jodie traveling a lot affect their relationship? Also how is their dynamic due to the fact Jodie is disabled? Even if it's just a throwaway line where it's mentioned that Jodie got more attention growing up due to her disability. Maybe how they were not always as close as they are now. Maybe Ellie can make a joke to Sam about how she would annoy Jodie so much and asks if Charlie did the same to him
I just loved Jodie, I hc that she four years older than Ellie because that's my age difference I have with my sister
27, she’s 7 years younger than Penny who’s 34
I love Hannah's new chair
