I wonder if Fireman Sam Action Stations, Superstar, Brightest and Ultimate Children favourite and Snow Business DVD have the cartoon version of Sam.

I was scrolling eBay earlier, and discovered that the production company behind Fireman Sam Series 5 have listed Sam's prototype puppet for sale.

...some of those businesses that sell fire safety equipment (e.g., hoses, extinguishers, smoke detectors, etc.) were founded by people who wanted to be firefighters but failed to meet the requirements.

It was first produced around 2003 or 2004, but fully released in 2005.

It is unique that the characters, as well as the entire series was made by using claymation.

This was the only season / series in the modern releases to be stop-motion.

Last characters and times:

Bella (removed in S6 until she re-appeared in S10)

Rosa (removed in S6, being replaced by Lion)

Here i try to make a clear promo background of Pontypandy Fire Station, like how it was shown in the books and the stage show poster.

I try to make the road like in the show, but I'm not sure if it looks right, but i gave it a shot.

Here's the latest. So far, I got Penny, Sam, Ellie, Krystyna, and PC Malcolm. I am almost done drawing Sergeant Rose Ravani. I just got started on drawing a firefighter with the Uniform from Season 5 of the Series. Who can guess this firefighter wearing the Season 5 Uniform?

This tutorial is for @FanStasia21 and for anyone who wanted to make the series 5 logo font.

1. What ever painting app you are using, you will need the font that’s close to the series 5 title card font, and that would be “Brush hand new or Flash SH Regular.

2. Now once you got the font, type it up in this yellow.

3. Next on separate layers above the font, line up these colours in this order. This dark yellow.

Darker yellow

Orange

Dark Orange

Darker orange

Red

Dark red

4. Once you have all the colours, blur each of the colours that you got. Make sure you blur them the way the dark yellow one looks.

(do not blur the font)

5. High light around the letters and rub out the colours that are not inside the letters, including the holes in e and a.

6. Get the blue outline around the letters like this.

(make sure the outline is like this.)

7. (this might be complicated to explain)

Copy and paste the text behind the text, make it all blue like the outline, then move it so it’s to the corner of the font. Like this.

8. Finally, get the first yellow you used, and make a yellow outline around the font.

And this is how you can make a custom series 5 Fireman Sam font.

You can use this font to get the colours

Hey everyone, do you know those “haynes Owners' Workshop Manual” books?

Well, did you know there was one for Thomas and Bob, but there was never one for Sam.

Well there was something like it and it’s very rare to find, till now.

This is a custom recreation of the haynes Owners' Workshop Manual inspired, series 5 Jupiter picture.

However, I do see it making sense. Sam living at 3 Vale road and Trevor living at either 1 Vale road or 5 Vale road

I found this on a S5 DVD from Poland

I absolutely love the title cards for Series 5 of Fireman Sam.

It’s something very unique about this season.

It’s a shame that this wasn’t kept for the CGI seasons.
