This is a little something i found showing off what date was Fireman Sam to the rescue 1990 and Fireman Sam ready for action 1992.
The two last pictures shows which show was playing at the theatre that year.
The Fireman Sam ones are in the red boxes.
Hey everyone, I was wondering if i could talk to you all about something.
Now we all know that each of the Fireman Sam stage play was around 90 minutes long with the 15 minute break in the middle. So Act 1 would have been 46 minutes long and act 2 being 29 minutes long.
But what’s on my mind is. How would each story play out throughout the show.
Now being we start, this is only gonna be focused on the first two shows. “Fireman Sam to the rescue” and “Fireman Sam ready for action”.
I won’t be covering the 1995 show since that’s Fireman Sam in Action, just with a missing scene.
Now let’s get started.
Now if I’m correct, each show would start with the theme song and after that, Sam would teach the kids the catchphrase, “Ready For Action.”
Now on with the first show.
In Fireman Sam To the rescue, the first starts with Trevor’s training.
Then afterwards it would go to Norman’s Chemistry set.
And finishing act 1 with Trevor’s Flat tyre.
How do you think these stories would be played out in the story. Like how would Trevor’s training end to start the Chemistry set story?
For act 2, it start with Sarah and James go camping.
With somehow adding treasure hunt.
Then the show ends with a big birthday party for Pontypandy.
Now who could these stories be connected. What could end the camping story to start the treasure hunt story?
Now that we got through the first show, time to start the second one.
Now the show will start the same way, but the first story will be all in a good cause
Then it moves on to Trevor’s Tragedy. Wish we had an idea on what the story is.
The ending act 1 with Bentley the Robot.
Same question for this one as the first 1
Now, act 2 will start with Norman fishing before his Pitfall.
And ending the show with Bella’s Barbecue.
Wish we had an idea on this story too.
Now we may not know which songs would be in each act, but I’m sure we could have a guess. Now as I mentioned, with each show having a story to tell.
How could each story of an episode move to another episode?
Even if we may have trouble, I’m sure we could figure it out. And as I said, we all ready know what happened in 1995. Don’t we?
I hope i haven’t made the question too difficult for you all to think about. Don’t think to hard about it. Just have a think.

I was browsing Google when i found this on the Golden Craig Theatre site.
It says it’s a Publicity pack For the stage show, Fireman Sam Ready For Action.
It says it a yellow folder that fold with of stuff. Such as, ideas and suggestions for marketing and promotion, press release, radio stations and much more.
What do you think of this finding?

You know how there was another version of Fireman Sam ready for action,
Made back in 1998
Well. If you come do your own version of the 1992 stage show, who would you do it?
What would the sets be like?
What would the costumes be like?
How would the stories play out?
And would it be close to the 1992 version or the 1998 version?
For me i would make it like the 1992 version and keep the outfits close to their tv series looks.

The website says that someone named Rick Wakeman want to see an afternoon performance of Fireman Sam back in 1992.
Both Rick and Alan watched the show while wearing yellow plastic fireman's helmets.
During the show. one of the smoke machines actually caught fire, but the Sam in the show didn't know how to put it out.
This would have been During the Ready for Action stage show.
Just by looking at the soundtrack for the 90's stage shows, which songs do you think would have been in the 1992 stage show?
Hey everyone, I know some of you might not be interested with any of the research connected to the Fireman Sam stage shows. But i wanted to talk to you about something.
Now i been taking a look at the video that’s connected to the Wallace and Gromit stage show, that was made by Scribbles to Screen.
This video is the only video that’s connected to the plot of the show.
Seeing the video got me thinking that, if only there was a video like this, but talking about the Fireman Sam stage shows. Talking about the plots and how the shows are played out.

Ready for action from 1992-1993
And
Saves the day from 1995-1996.
Now before you say it, I now Fireman Sam in action is Fireman Sam Saves the day and that it’s already up online.
But i would want to check to see what’s different between its stage’s counterpart with its vhs version.
But what do you all think?

Hey everyone, now I been thinking while I was making my set design question.

I was thinking about the sets for the Fireman Sam stage shows, from 1990 to 2024.
I was thinking that, what if we had to redesign or make our own takes on the sets? Like if we were recreating one of the original Fireman Sam stage shows, or making our own Fireman Sam play, what would the sets look like?
Well, thinking of that, I took a look and notice that each Fireman Sam stage play has something of the sets that’s included in each show.
Each sets must include:
Pontypandy Fire Station (whether it’s inside or outside the station)
Other location (any that would be connected to the story)
Such as
Pontypandy high street
Sam’s house or his Inventing Shed
Bronwyn’s cafe and the key side.
(this would also include location that may only show ones or that’s important to the story)
The mines in Norman’s pit fall
The fun day ground
Pandy lane where the bonfire was lit.
Or even in the country side outside pontypandy.
(Every one off locations or main location are impossible to be sets in the show.)
Each set has to be moveable (big or small)
Now some sets would have to be moved to keep the story going.
For one example, the set from the 1990 has four locations on a big turn table.
So the turntable would turn to the location that the audience would need to see.
This example was the same with the 2007 set
When the lights when off, crew members whose move parts of the fire station set to make it into the high street set
Final example would be sets like the shop and cafe in1992/1996 along with the Tent in 1990
Sets like these would be off stage, until they are needed to be used, they would be push on to the stage, ready for the scene.
Depending on the effect
(Now some of the sets might need a little special effects to keep the story going, whether it’s smoke for a fire, bangs from a firework, flashing lights, water splay, or other things like that.)
These are just some of the ideas can think of that each set of a Fireman Sam stage show must include.
Now, if I had to do my own set for a Fireman Sam stage show, I find a way to show both the inside and outside of the location of the set.

I'm not sure if I already talk to you about this before, but did you that the The Questors theatre did a reproduction on the 1992 Fireman Sam Stage show?

Now you may have notice that not a lot of the characters and props look like how the 1992 version of the show did, I thing it was because, they were about to use the scrip for the show, but I guess not so much of the likeness of the characters.

I was thinking of the first two Fireman Sam Stage shows. Fireman Sam to the rescue and Fireman Sam ready for action.
Lately I’ve seen a video on 40 minutes of the Toy Story 2 on ice show and someone has a bit of the beginning.
Anyway what I’m trying to say is. What if you knew someone who had a full recording of the two Fireman Sam stage shows.

Hey everyone, I know your probably getting tired of seeing this picture, but I wanted to show you all something I came up with the photo.
With the help of the programmers, I was able to put down each scene from each act into the running time for the shows.
Hopefully the running time is right, since the Fireman Sam stage shows from 1990 to 1995 ran at 90 minutes, with what I believe a 15 minute interval.
Now for the 1995 show, that was a bit tricky since there was no programme for it. But that’s to a newspaper from the show and thanks to Fireman Sam in Action, I was able to come up with the running time for the 1995 stage show.
